Groupe Actium Inc. takes its warranty very seriously in the event of a problem during a project.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the materials and labour provided by Groupe Actium Inc. as well as all disaster-related work and repairs or private work quoted and carried out by our company. The quote must have been approved by you and/or your insurer in collaboration with your disaster expert.

What is the warranty period?
Groupe Actium Inc. provides a one-year warranty on its work, in accordance with the Civil Code of Québec, and also supports any additional warranty offered by the insurer.

What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover any problems related to damages, defects or flaws attributable to deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, an accident, inappropriate or improper use, collateral damage, recklessness, negligence or a modification to the original work done by the general contractor.

What measures will be taken to rectify problems?
As soon as work is deemed defective or poorly done, it will be repaired or redone at once using the same type and quality of materials originally used. We reserve the right to investigate the cause of the flaw or defect and call on other experts, if needed.

Notice something?
If you notice a problem with the work carried out by our company, please contact your project manager or the site foreman immediately. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. Please note that a site inspection by a staff member or manager might be necessary.
