2006<\/strong><\/p>\n

Groupe Actium Inc. was founded on January 12, 2006<\/span> in the Terrebonne home of its founder, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Ouellet. Mr. Ouellet was working as a general contractor in residential construction and a trained terrace and patio designer.
\nIn its first year of operations, the company began undertaking post-disaster renovation jobs for residential and commercial clients. The company set itself apart through its extraordinary drive and quality of work, and this earned them recognition from a major Montreal insurance company. Since Groupe Actium had all the required tools and equipment, third-party liability insurance and the highest certifications in the disaster restoration industry, the insurer placed the company among the top partners in its Rely Network.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2007<\/strong><\/p>\n

Continued growth during its second year forced the company to move into a larger space at 3504<\/span> Jacques-Bureau in Laval. They joined a franchise network and actively pursued their development under that banner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2009<\/strong><\/p>\n

Groupe Actium Inc. became affiliated with three other major insurance companies and again outgrew its office space. Wanting to provide its clients with a better experience when purchasing flooring, the company became certified with the ICC Insurance Claims Collaborative Inc. [www.icc.ca]<\/a> and established its own flooring division.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2010<\/strong><\/p>\n

In January, the company moved to its current address at 3572<\/span> Francis-Hughes in Laval, tripling its office and warehouse space. The extra room allowed them to install a flooring showroom, which provided clients access to a full range of quality products at competitive prices.
\nFollowing a survey conducted by an external firm, the company received an impressive score of 94%<\/span> customer satisfaction from CAA Habitation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2012<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company decided to step out on its own, leaving the franchise network to continue building a reputation founded on honesty and integrity in this highly competitive industry.<\/p>\n

Groupe Actium Inc. was a finalist at the Chambre de commerce et d\u2019industrie de Laval\u2019s Dunamis Gala in the 16+ <\/span>employees category.<\/p>\n

The company opened a new office, later known as Services Apr\u00e8s Sinistre Rive-Nord<\/strong><\/em>, in St-J\u00e9r\u00f4me to serve clients in the surrounding area. The new branch was quickly noticed by two insurance companies, who added them as a specialized turnkey supplier of disaster restoration and construction services.<\/p>\n
